It is important to know the make, model, type and serial number of your tool. With today’s tool manufacturer’s parts do not interchange with all models and makes. Serial and/or type number determines changes within that tool model.
When bringing in a tool for repair, it is best to have a good description of what is happening with the tool. ie: doesn’t power up, runs and dies, etc.
When a tool is brought to us, we provide the repair estimate for free. In some cases, particularly with Gas Engines, some work may be required to completely diagnose the unit. If this is the case we will inform you of any charges to fully diagnose the unit. Please note that any unrepaired tool is returned unassembled for safety and liability reasons.

Depending on the item and issue it has, we may need to arrange for an on-site service call to be done by our technician.
When we send a technician to site for an on-site service call, there is an on-site fee that is billed in order to send the technician, which includes the time to estimate the repair and travel. This fee is charged even if the unit is not repaired.
When a unit is given to us pre-inspected and disassembled with parts, we can assemble the unit with the parts supplied but we will not warranty or guarantee any units we did not diagnose prior to repair.
